The ideal candidate will located near Jasper, IN and work primarily from of our headquarters.
Job DescriptionResponsible for supporting Sales Director in closing business with targeted accounts.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with appropriate customers
- Collaborate with customers and determine project specific needs
- Serve as a point of contact for specific customers
- Address questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain ongoing communication to build long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate across departments to resolve issues and support on-time delivery
- Support issue resolution and escalate when necessary
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and order status
- Assist Sales Director with customer calls and account strategy
- Participate in internal meetings related to project status and customer needs
- Gain proficient knowledge and use of all business support materials and prototype products
- Understand market position (pricing, product, lead-time)
- Submit Requests for Quote (RFQ)
- Follow-up on quotes to understand new project timelines
- Complete pricelist uploads
- 30% Travel
- Concession Approvals
