Inside Sales Rep

Job Overview

As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for four key functions: inbound sales calls, ensuring proper match of the products customers are buying, building sound customer relationships, and sales follow‑up calls. The Inside Sales Rep works onsite at our Jasper, IN or Peachtree City, GA facility. Training will be at our Jasper facility for 4‑6 weeks from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM Eastern. After training, you will start in a shift from 9:15 AM–6:00 PM Eastern, Monday‑Friday. You will also be assigned periodic Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM EST (approximately every 10‑12 weeks) and one late shift day per week, 10:30 AM–7:15 PM or 11:15 AM–8:00 PM Eastern.

• Complete our product and sales training program
• Build & maintain relationships with customers
• Handle inbound sales calls, identify customer needs, and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Make proper match of products to customer needs and provide accurate verbal & written quotes
• Make follow‑up calls to customers
• Troubleshoot customer concerns

• Driven and capable to operate in a high-energy, fast‑pace environment
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
• Specialization in car restoration and performance products preferred but not required
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple computer programs
