Role: Small–Medium Business Sales Executive responsible for driving growth in the Jasper, Indiana market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Prospecting (40%):
    Generate new opportunities through cold calling, in‑person visits, email, social media, and networking; leverage existing relationships and participate in marketing initiatives; coordinate internal resources and represent the company at community events.
  • Consultative Sales & Customer Solutions (20%):
    Provide tailored solutions by understanding customer needs; identify cross‑selling opportunities; build trust with decision‑makers.
  • Sales Performance & Tracking (15%):
    Manage a sales pipeline; meet targets; track metrics; use CRM tools for activity management and reporting.
  • Customer Relationship Management (10%):
    Build and maintain strong relationships; address concerns promptly to ensure retention.
  • Continuous Learning (10%):
    Stay informed on industry trends; pursue professional development; collaborate internally; listen to customer needs for product insights.
  • Additional Duties (5%):
    Complete special projects and support team objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3–5 years B2B sales success with negotiation and closing experience.
  • Comfortable with in‑person meetings and field engagement.
  • Skilled in prospecting, opportunity management, and CRM proficiency.
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe; valid driver’s license; willingness to work flexible hours and travel 40‑60%.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree, Salesforce experience, knowledge of telecommunications industry.

Work Environment: Field‑based with travel; typical hours Monday–Friday; use of company vehicle.
