Test, inspect and maintain boilers and steam system, chillers and associated equipment;
Maintain documentation of all testing of equipment, inventories of fuel and supplies;
Manage contractors when needed;
Be responsible for reliably providing utilities for the hospital, including steam, chilled water, electrical and emergency electrical, cold and hot water;
Support upkeep of hot and cold domestic supply pressure and varied pumps, controls, and equipment
