Fleet Safety Data & Telematics Specialist

Join our team as a Safety Logistics Telematics Specialist to improve driver safety, reduce incidents, and support a culture of accountability across our fleet.

• $20-$23/hour, based on experience

• Monday through Friday
• In‑Person office position based out of Jasper, IN

• Review dash cam footage, telematics data, and safety alerts
• Identify unsafe driving behaviors and fleet trends
• Document and classify safety events with accuracy
• Provide actionable coaching insights to leadership
• Escalate serious incidents and support safety initiatives
• Partner with operations to continuously improve performance

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Experience with telematics, fleet safety, or incident review (preferred)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is a plus
