Safety Logistics Telematics Specialist

Join our team as a Safety Logistics Telematics Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in improving driver safety, reducing incidents, and supporting a culture of accountability across our fleet.
Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday In-Person office position based out of Jasper, IN
What You'll Do:
- Review dash cam footage, telematics data, and safety alerts
- Identify unsafe driving behaviors and fleet trends
- Document and classify safety events with accuracy
- Provide actionable coaching insights to leadership
- Escalate serious incidents and support safety initiatives
- Partner with operations to continuously improve performance
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Experience with telematics, fleet safety, or incident review (preferred)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is a plus
