High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of experience working with children or a CDA, 45 PD hours, or 9 ECE credits
Opening, closing, or full-time shift availability
Strong organization, communication, and classroom-management skills
A nurturing, dependable, energetic approach to working with children
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to read/write English and use basic Microsoft Office tools
A plus: an Associate degree in Child Development or coursework completed toward an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
Support a high-quality, age-appropriate classroom experience
Help implement engaging lesson plans and learning activities
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized classroom
Supervise children and support daily routines, transitions, and classroom ratios
Support each child’s developmental needs and adjust activities as needed
Work closely with the Lead Teacher, families, and center leadership
Follow all health, safety, licensing, and classroom-ratio requirements
Step into Lead Teacher responsibilities when needed
Complete annual professional-development requirements (24 professional development hours or 8 college credits each year)
