- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of experience working with children or a CDA, 45 PD hours, or 9 ECE credits
- Opening, closing, or full‑time shift availability
- Strong organization, communication, and classroom‑management skills
- A nurturing, dependable, energetic approach to working with children
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Ability to read/write English and use basic Microsoft Office tools
- A plus: an Associate degree in Child Development or coursework completed toward an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Support a high‑quality, age‑appropriate classroom experience
- Help implement engaging lesson plans and learning activities
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well‑organized classroom
- Supervise children and support daily routines, transitions, and classroom ratios
- Support each child’s developmental needs and adjust activities as needed
- Work closely with the Lead Teacher, families, and center leadership
- Follow all health, safety, licensing, and classroom‑ratio requirements
- Step into Lead Teacher responsibilities when needed
- Complete annual professional‑development requirements (24 professional development hours or 8 college credits each year)
