**** Duties & Responsibilities
*** Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
* Support residents with meals, hydration, and comfort
* Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
* Promote resident dignity, safety, and independence
* Complete accurate documentation per facility policy
** Compensation & Schedule**
* ** Pay Range:** $20.50 – $23.50/hour*(Higher rates available with Overnight Shift Differential and No-Frills Program)*
* ** Full-Time Only:
** 36–40 hours per week
* ** Shifts Available:
** 8-hour or 12-hour shifts (All shifts available)

* ** Active
** Pennsylvania CNA certification

* Ability to communicate effectively and follow care plans
* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required## Qualifications

* QUALIFICATIONS:

**
* · Must possess a GED or High school Diploma
* · Must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state.
* · Must have effective oral and written communication skills
* · Must meet all local health regulations and criminal background checks, post-offer drug test, and post-offer physical exam, if required
* · Must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements
* · Must be able to obtain and record vital signs manually and electronically
** SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:**
* · Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* · Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
* · Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and the team concept
* · Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
* · Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
* · Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
* · Must not pose a threat to the health or safety of their individuals in the workplace
* · Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
* · Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with other
* · Must be willing to perform tasks that may involve exposure to the blood and/or body fluids
* · Must be willing to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations
* · Perform any and all other job duties assigned to you by supervisor
