• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate resident-centered care
• Answer call bells promptly and respectfully
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Help create a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification REQUIRED
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Compassionate and professional attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and work ethic
