Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for pediatric private duty in Jeannette, PA. This full-time day shift role offers one-on-one care for an 8-year-old boy, with a schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You will perform ADLs, G-tube care, administer medications, and collaborate with the family and care team to deliver high-quality pediatric home health. LPN or RN license in PA and CPR certification required; 6 months' pediatric/home health experience
