Overview & Responsibilities

The Warehouse Operative is responsible for receiving, stocking, issuing, packing, and shipping material. The role requires adherence to safety rules, accurate inventory management, and use of ERP and blueprint drawings to maintain operational efficiency.

• Receive: unload trucks manually, verify and sign shipment paperwork, remove items from packaging, dispose of waste, and enter data into the ERP system.
• Store: place items in proper locations per work instructions and maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.
• Pick/Issue: pick parts on pick list following procedures and issue them using the ERP system.
• Internal Ship: deliver parts to staging areas, including the tool crib.
• External Ship: prepare and package parts for final shipment, following all relevant procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and overall warehouse cleanliness.
• Observe all safety rules and complete preventative maintenance checklists as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work 1st (7am–3pm), 2nd (3pm–11pm), or 3rd (11pm–7am) shifts. Shift assignments are not guaranteed and may be realigned.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
