Location:
Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 1–5 years
Monthly
Salary Package:
7,500 – 9,000 SAR
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of responsibility and trustworthiness
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Language Requirements: English (Arabic preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings, calls, and appointments for management
- Draft and send professional emails, letters, and presentations
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with other departments or teams on behalf of management
- Handle sensitive information and confidential documents appropriately
- Support daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
