Role
Purpose:
To manage day to day administrative tasks and events related to Care Connect Leadership Team to maintain smooth flow of operations.
Key Accountabilities:- Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage calendars and schedules.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Greet visitors answer incoming phone calls.
- Support in organising company events and conferences such as offsite meetings and events.
- Order stationery and IT equipment for smooth function and operations.
- Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Prepare professional letters, presentations, and reports.
- Process invoices, expense claims submission and managing office budgets.
- Maintain procedures and office administrative systems.
- Support Care Connect leadership team with internal operations (vacation planning, prepare announcements, follow up with approvals etc.).
- Have confidence and ability to communicate and follow up on business tasks with discipline and issue reports and status updates as required.
- Own self development and willing to engage in business projects contributing to the set projects outcomes.
