Overview

Primary

Purpose:

Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems, databases, and records. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and strong organizational Skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed, proficiency in data management tools, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Key Accountabilities
  • Accurately input data into various systems, databases, and spreadsheets based on source documents or instructions.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring data is readily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data privacy protocols are followed.
  • Assist in generating reports, summaries, and other data-related tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with team members or supervisors to clarify data or resolve issues.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks in accordance with deadlines.
  • Use software tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, database management systems) to manage and organize data effectively.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry, administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience:

    1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or other data management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Language:
    Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
