Role DescriptionThe Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator will work full-time on-site at Pioneers Business Club in Jeddah. Key responsibilities include providing executive-level administrative support, managing daily schedules, preparing expense reports, and coordinating office operations. This role involves organizing meetings, maintaining communication across teams, and ensuring smooth office functionality. The candidate will also serve as a central point of contact for the team and external stakeholders, ensuring a well-coordinated and efficient workplace.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and office operations.
- Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong skills in Executive Support, such as coordinating meetings and handling communication for leadership.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with experience in office coordination and management considered a plus.
- Proficiency in office software and technology, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with professional working environments are advantageous.
