Wedding Planner Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner Assistant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This contract position is open to candidates of any nationality, and no previous experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right person.

As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will work closely with our team of experienced wedding planners to help plan and execute events for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking to gain experience in the event planning industry.

• Assist with researching and booking vendors for weddings and events
• Help create event timelines and schedules
• Communicate with clients and vendors via email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Attend site visits and assist with setup on event days
• Manage inventory of event supplies and materials
• Provide general administrative support for the wedding planning team

• Must be fluent in English (no Arabic required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to commit to a contract position for at least 6 months
