Part-Time Administrator in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a part-time administrator in Jeddah to join our dynamic team. As an administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
• Managing and organizing documents, files, and records
• Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
• Handling office correspondence and mail distribution
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
• Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi is preferred
• Prior experience as an administrator or similar role is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Availability to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)

• Competitive salary of 1500$ per month (pro-rated based on part-time hours)
