Join Carrier as a Project Coordinator Intern within the Aftermarket & Service division in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Operating on-site at the Zahran Business Center, this internship focuses on supporting contract administration and operational project workflows. You will coordinate with internal service teams and client representatives to assemble handover documentation, process project invoices, and complete formal closeout procedures for major Ministry of Health (MOH) infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize, review, and compile formal handover documentation for Ministry of Health (MOH) infrastructure projects.
- Prepare, verify, and track project invoicing packages in coordination with finance and operations teams.
- Manage project closeout workflows, ensuring all contractual deliverables and compliance records are archived accurately.
- Communicate with cross-functional project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to resolve administrative delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation logs and digital archives to support operational audits and client queries.
