- Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of compensation & benefits programs.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standards.
- Oversee monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Wage Protection System (WPS).
- Validate salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions in coordination with Payroll and Finance.
- Manage company-wide benefits programs including medical insurance, housing allowances, transportation, and education support.
- Oversee end-of-service benefits calculations and settlements.
