This position requires a proactive approach, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to help transform ideas into implementable strategies that improve processes and enhance performance.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation within the Company, focusing on both products and processes.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and solutions.
• Research current market trends and competitive analysis to inform innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the development and implementation of innovative projects.
• Monitor the progress of innovation initiatives and report findings to management.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate ideas, findings, and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders to foster innovation collaborations.
• Support the development of a strategic innovation framework within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Start up experience in Saudi market.
• Understanding of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills with a passion for innovation.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
