Job DescriptionJob Purpose:
Coordinate and execute procurement and logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition and delivery of goods and services, supporting the company's operational and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Source and arrange quotations from the local market
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service quality
- Oversee delivery collection and local logistics operations
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery statuses
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
- Ensure proper filing and control of procurement-related documents
- Manage company vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and documentation
- Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory
- Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of office facilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock control
- Ensure optimal stock availability and timely replenishment
- Handle petty cash and manage cash flows for team business trips
- Assist in general administrative activities as required
- Research and secure best airline ticket options for business travel
- Issue travel tickets and support travel logistics for the business unit
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within the electromechanical or technical services industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
