Product Manager

We're hiring a Product Manager who combines curiosity, clarity, and execution to build products merchants love. You'll play a key role in driving product strategy and execution within our SaaS e-commerce ecosystem, collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver impactful, data driven solutions that help merchants grow.

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Define and manage an outcome driven roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Operations to ship high quality, scalable features
• Analyze market trends, competition, and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
• Turn data and insights into product improvements that drive adoption, engagement, and retention
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and guide prioritization
• Simplify complexity, communicate trade offs clearly, and ensure alignment across teams
• Operate confidently in Figma and Jira, applying agile methodologies throughout development
