Role SummaryWe are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist who is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations by optimizing processes, supporting the sales team with tools and insights, and improving data quality and reporting to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the entire sales cycle within the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales team performance and recommend actionable improvements to enhance productivity.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support the sales team by tracking leads and ensuring high-quality data entry.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Close rate
- Sales cycle speed
- Customer acquisition cost
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to accelerate deal closures.
- Develop, document, and update sales operations processes and internal policies.
- Manage sales tools and systems such as CRM, ERP, and automation platforms.
- Prepare quotations and contracts and follow up on internal approvals.
- Optimize the customer journey from initial lead to activation.
- Train the sales team on best practices and effective use of sales systems.
- Improve sales forecasting accuracy.
- Contribute to faster deal closures and increased revenue.
- Reduce operational errors and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
