- Develops the annual business plan of the region in coordination with Head (Director) whilst ensuring its alignment with the annual business plan
- Provides the expertise and objectivity to analyze and evaluate business development opportunities, including expansion in different sectors and introducing new products
- Stay abreast of customer requirements and recommend introduction of new products to Division Head
- Coach, train and supports team in achieving individual and team sales targets
- Works with the salesforce to prepare performance metrics, set sales targets, and reporting requirements and presents monthly progress to management towards achieving agreed on targets and performance metrics
- Maintains effective market intelligence and early warning service related to market trends and anticipated future developments to identify potential opportunities and threats and to suggest appropriate executive action
- Assist the Division Head in sales forecasting / reforecasting activities
- Assists the Division Head in developing market penetration strategies specific to the position's assigned region
- Bachelor's degree on a related subject, preferably Architect or Design related. (Master is an advantage).
- Minimum 10 years previous experience in various roles of sales activities
- User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamix 365
