Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
Ensure salesmen not violating the SOPs related to stocks, credit and company money. They are supposed to conduct van checks, validating market outstanding, reconciling salesmen's account. All their findings will be escalated to NSMs for necessary action. For larger outlets, sales auditors will obtain the confirmation on statement of account (SOA).
RESPONSIBILITIES Credit ManagementMake calls (by telephone or in person) to allocated customers to develop new relationships. Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
Operational AuditsInterview the customer, following a complex multilevel sales script, to clarify the customer's requirements, or assist in conducting interviews with potential customers, making detailed notes to collect client requirements.
Team EngagementIdentify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
Increase None-Cash PaymentsIdentify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, explain the selection to the customer, and invite the customer to make a purchase at the standard price/terms and conditions of sale.
Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationship (Binzagr / customer) with top customers to ensure 100% availability, visibility, on-time payments, optimize RTM.
Operational ComplianceIdentify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
Performance ManagementPrioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
Qualifications:General Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
General ExperienceExperience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (4 to 6 years)
Managerial ExperienceExperience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited time frames (1 to 3 years)
