About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director based in Riyadh to lead our regional sales operations. You will develop and execute strategies to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships. Leveraging both technical tools and strong interpersonal skills, you will oversee the full sales cycle and collaborate with cross functional teams to exceed targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies tailored to the Riyadh market
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high performing sales team to achieve revenue objectives
  • Manage end to end client negotiations and build long term relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage pipeline, and produce accurate sales forecasts
  • Oversee ERP system usage for order processing, billing, and inventory coordination
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align sales initiatives
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership
Skills

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in a senior sales or sales management role
  • Proven track record in regional sales, preferably within Riyadh or the Middle East
  • Excellent client negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for internal and external interactions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting
  • Experience with ERP systems for sales operations and order fulfillment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading a team of 5+ sales professionals
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Multilingual proficiency, including Arabic and English
  • Advanced data analysis skills or experience with sales analytics tools
