A leading lubricants supplier in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Governance and Compliance Officer to oversee governance and compliance monitoring activities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in law, accounting, or finance, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in governance and compliance functions. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. This role also includes legal work as directed and requires strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
