The person should take the lead in managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor management, while coordinating closely with internal departments. The position requires ensuring timely delivery of materials and services in support of production and project execution.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
  • Manage daily procurement activities: issuing purchase orders in SAP/SBO, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to plan material requirements and ensure timely availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate logistics, and resolve operational issues to support production and projects.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize procurement processes, and support contract management.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain metrics, procurement spend, and risks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain operations.
You Can Help Us With These Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; MBA in Business Administration (Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics) is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering services supply chain (turbo machinery knowledge is a plus).
  • Proven experience in procurement, logistics, vendor management, and contract handling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/SBO) and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of international procurement regulations, Incoterms, and engineering materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement.
