Data Administration & Import Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Administration & Import Coordinator to assist in the efficient and effective operation of Import & Procurement, aligning with business objectives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth documentation, logistics, and procurement processes.

• Assist in the efficient and timely processing of shipment documentation requirements for planned deliveries.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, brokers, and external parties to ensure all necessary documents for product shipments are delivered or released on time.
• Assist in monitoring and registering logistic & procurement invoices, collaborating with the Warehouse, HR, and other functions to ensure all invoices are recorded correctly.
• Ensure compliance with management’s instructions, policies, and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Identify and address any nonconformities or operational issues, formulating corrective actions as necessary.
• Contribute to achieving company goals and values, including teamwork, quality management, health and safety, legal compliance, and environmental policies.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Infor LN.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently and within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
• Experience in Import & Customs compliance is essential.
