- A bid writer is responsible for creating persuasive and compelling proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- The main role of a bid writer is to gather information, analyse the client's requirements, and develop a tailored bid that highlights the unique selling points of the organization.
- Researching and understanding the client's needs and requirements.
- Collaborating with various teams within OCS Arabia to gather information and resources for the bid.
- Writing clear, concise, and persuasive content that addresses the client's needs and showcases the organization's capabilities.
- Ensuring that the bid is compliant with all the requirements stated in the RFP or RFI.
- Proofreading and editing the bid to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
- Managing multiple bid projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Working closely with the business development teams to develop winning bid strategies.
- Coordinating with marketing/graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing bid documents.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bid writing.

Certifications:
Diploma Secretarial & Business Studies or Business Administration - Knowledge: Facility Management Services
- Creative Writer
- Language
Skills:
Arabic is desirable. English is essential - Experience :
Minimum of 2 Years in bidding Management & Proposal writing or relevant major
