HR Business Partner

Job Overview

A leading Trading Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a critical role within one of their divisions.

• Standardize HR policies and procedures across the various Business Units.
• Align with all Business Unit Heads.
• Drive Change Management.
• Develop Performance Management and Training Programs.

• Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience.
• Minimum 3/4 years in a Business Partner role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).

30,000 - 35,000 SAR/month. Role to be based in Jeddah.
