• Build and maintain weekly visibility on revenue across B2B, B2C, and Homecare.
• Analyze performance by branch, product, and channel.
• Identify key revenue drivers, trends, and revenue leakages.

• Track revenue per patient, conversion rates, and package mix.
• Analyze add‑on attachment rates and pricing effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to increase basket size and margin.

• Monitor pipeline performance and conversion rates.
• Analyze client‑level revenue and growth opportunities.
• Support retention and expansion strategies.

• Track cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and funnel conversion rates.
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance and ROI.
• Support data‑driven marketing and demand generation decisions.

• Monitor patient flow, migration patterns, and revenue retention.
• Track performance impact during network optimization and transformation initiatives.
• Provide real‑time insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Weekly commercial performance dashboard.
• Clear insights on revenue risks and opportunities.
• Actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Full visibility across commercial operations.

• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI (or similar tools).
• Proven ability to translate data into business insights and actions.
• Experience in healthcare, retail, or service industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with business acumen.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in commercial or revenue‑focused roles.
