Business Continuity Management Officer

About the Role

This role has responsible to implement and maintain an effective Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework at BSI Overseas Branch – KSA, ensuring critical banking services remain operational, secure, and compliant during disruptions. The role supports operational resilience by coordinating business impact assessments, continuity and recovery planning, testing, and staff awareness, while minimizing service interruptions and protecting customers, employees, and the Bank’s reputation.

• Implement and maintain the Branch Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework in line with Head Office and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and maintain BCP/DR plans for critical functions.
• Coordinate BCM testing, crisis simulations, and incident response activities.
• Monitor BCM readiness, support audits and regulatory reviews, and report to management.
• Deliver BCM awareness and promote a strong operational resilience culture to ensure uninterrupted customer services.

• Education:
  
  A Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
• Experience:
  
  At least 6 years of experience handling similar responsibilities in the banking or financial industry.
• Nationality:
  Saudi Arabian citizen.

  have a solid grasp of how the industry works from the inside out. This includes banking and financing operations, risk management and business continuity (keeping systems running during a crisis).
