Our newest opportunity is for a talented Document Controller to join our team based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Demonstrating technical knowledge of the Document Control System and processes
- Planning, allocating, and evaluating workloads to meet project requirements through effective time management skills
- Demonstrating detail‑oriented skills
- Demonstrating adaptability to change
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Using initiative to provide practical solutions to complex issues and proposing areas for continual improvement
- Encouraging teamwork to develop and maintain an effective team environment
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in Primavera Unifier/ACONEX
- Strong knowledge of RFIs, Submittals, Drawings, Letters and MOMs
- Skilled in workflows, approval cycles, and tracking logs
- Proficient in Excel and Share Point
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
