Sales Manager

Overview

We are searching for a results‑driven Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and dynamic individual with experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors and customer needs
• Monitor the performance of sales team members and provide guidance for improvement
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for management review
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
• Attend industry events to network and promote company services

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Egyptian market
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make strategic decisions based on findings
• Knowledge of CRM software systems and sales tracking tools is preferred
• Fluent in both Arabic and English languages
• Must be Egyptian national

$1,500 per month negotiable based on experience.
