Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and contracting projects.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry contacts.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and presentations to clients.
- Monitor and evaluate upcoming tenders and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for tender submissions.
- Review project requirements and ensure alignment with company capabilities.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Act as main point of contact for potential and existing clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and positioning.
- Provide strategic insights to management for business expansion.
- Contribute to company growth strategy and market positioning.
- Identify new markets, sectors, and partnerships.
- Support diversification into new services or geographical areas.
- Work closely with Estimation, Engineering, Project, Finance, and Procurement teams.
- Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to execution teams.
- Prepare regular business development reports.
- Track pipeline opportunities and conversion rates.
- Report on sales targets and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Business Development professional with at least 3–5 years in Saudi Arabia.
- Previous employment in large contracting companies within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong administrative, managerial, and personal competencies suitable for this role.
- Preference for native Arabic speaking.
- Proficiency in English.
