Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives and for managing a team of sales representatives.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Establish strong relationships with key clients and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
• Train new sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s products/services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month.

The role is based in Jeddah but may require occasional travel within Saudi Arabia.
