Overview

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development:
    Create and execute high-level sales strategies to hit revenue targets and expand our market presence in KSA.
  • Team Leadership:
    Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
  • Key Account Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Forecasting:
    Analyze market trends and data to provide accurate sales forecasts and budget reports.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    5+ years of proven success in a Sales Management or Senior Sales role.
  • Skills:

    Expert negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Technical:
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software for tracking and reporting.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a major plus).
