ICQA Researcher, MEATR ICQA

As an ICQA Researcher you will be assigned to research in detail and ensure high quality for all inventory adjustments and transactions. You will work closely with the operations team to provide data support for improvement initiatives and root‑cause investigation of operational defects. The right candidate will demonstrate a good sense of ownership, ability to lead by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality, and will develop subject matter expertise on all operation processes at the assigned site.

• Development of data collection processes and data management systems
• Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
• Designing queries, compiling data, and generating reports in MS Access and Excel
• Charting and graphing data for reporting purposes
• In‑depth research of defect trends
• Data collection and entry as needed
• Data mining and problem solving

• Bachelor's degree
• Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 1+ year of data analytics or automation experience
• Experience improving and creating new processes and structure to achieve goals
• On‑floor active professional with self‑learning abilities
