• To conduct researches and development activities to expand the company’s/group’s operations.
• To promote the image, product and services offered by the group.
• To provide all the necessary support to the Subsidiaries General Managers in continuously expanding the existing market and developing new markets.

• Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities and expanding current business operations.
• Establishing customer contacts and developing proposals and marketing presentations.

• Analyzes the market and recommends opportunities for pursuit.
• Forecasts short and long range market potentials.
• Introduces the group to potential customers & business partners.
• Defines and follows up on yearly targets and objectives.
• Manages reporting and analysis of the business development pipeline.
• Develops and maintains working relationships with similar and/or complementary companies to include teaming and partnership discussions.
• Able to identify potential opportunities (tenders, new projects, etc.)

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in a similar post.
• Excellent communication (English & Arabic), negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent track record.
• Previous experience with any of the following industries would be preferred: hospitality, insurance.
