Responsibilities

• Keeping all system related reports and records updated in respect of customer airlines operational details of Foreign Airlines, Private Aviation and Low-Cost Carriers.
• Flight Schedules (Summer Schedule, Winter Schedule, Ramadan, Schedule Flight Master (SFM) and Sales Order Items (SOI))
• Summarize the changes of Catering Orders, Meal Policies, F&B Manuals, GLP policies related to customers and update the Catering Units through Customer Services.

• Oversees the functions of UCAS to be utilized by all Catering Units.
• Verify Assembly checklists ahead of implementation.
• Extract data to excel and/or create graphs and statistical reports.
• Analysing the data and then converting it into important and useful information.
• Work with Sale Support Team to define and implement processes and procedures.
• Identification and understanding of requirements needed to implement data.
• Assists in the system from development, Testing Interface to implementation plans.
• Assists in the testing and support to the UCAS System, CRM application, Legal+ and other system needed in Sales and Customer Services.
• Coordinates with UCAS team in matters related to modify and/or enhance the UCAS APP to ensure a proper and valuable data.
• Analyse Airlines customer data to ensure it has been correctly processed and to identify key insights and trends.
• Develop data analysis tools to identify any errors or incomplete data.
• Develop Airlines customer reports and Internal Sales Reports to present the data in most easily consumable way and surface the key insights from the data.
• Maintain and improve existing Sales data analysis tools and other Sales related reports
