Manager, Procurement Excellence & Mobilization

Job Summery

To manage procurement governance, performance management, and mobilization activities across CATRION by standardizing processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting new business deployments, to enhance procurement effectiveness, ensure operational readiness, and support business continuity.

• Develop, design, lead, and monitor the implementation of and adherence to division policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost‑effective service in a consistent manner.
• Ensure awareness of and alignment with the organization’s compliance manual and Code of Ethics.
• Lead the management of change through the continuous improvement of division systems, processes, and practices, taking into consideration global best practices, leading standards, and changes in the business environment.
• Ensure that all division reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and meet Catrion’s requirements, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage the audit program, key procurement contact for governance and control.
• Establish and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and process standards across sourcing and procurement operations, to ensure consistency, compliance, and control over procurement activities.
• Drive process standardization across the procure‑to‑pay cycle (PR to PO, contracting, and follow‑up activities), to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procurement governance frameworks and competitive sourcing practices, to support audit readiness and regulatory adherence.
• Develop and monitor procurement KPIs and performance dashboards across sourcing and operations teams, to provide visibility on performance, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
• Analyze procurement data including spend, supplier performance, and operational metrics, to identify trends and drive data‑driven decision‑making.
• Coordinate between sourcing teams and procurement operations by aligning processes, responsibilities, and handovers, to ensure seamless execution across the procurement lifecycle.
• Support resolution of complex procurement issues and escalations by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions, to improve accountability and reduce recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancement across procurement activities, to optimize performance and reduce operational complexity.
• Drive implementation of improvement initiatives across sourcing and operations teams, to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Support monitoring of supplier performance and contractual compliance by analyzing delivery, pricing, and service metrics, to ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Collaborate with category teams to improve supplier performance frameworks and reporting, to enhance supplier accountability and value delivery.
• Key owner of System related improvements and efficiency opportunities with ERP / SAP / Ariba and other programs. Standardize data, workflows, and reporting structures, to improve visibility and operational control.
• Enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities across procurement functions, to support decision‑making and performance tracking.
