- 7-10 years of B2B Sales experience in commodities specifically basmati rice in Saudi.
- Knowledge:
Business and Commercial acumen and understanding of Product, Pricing, Industry Standards and Compliances. - Has on going business relations with wholesalers at ownership or CXO level.
- Industry Background:
Commodities. - Should be based in Saudi (Jeddah).
- Soft Skills:
Communication and interpersonal skills:
Humility, Trust, Active listening, and a 'can-do' attitude. - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.
- Data-driven:
Keen interest in evaluating product/market situations, and taking decisions based on data. - An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a first principle thinking.
