We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Category Manager - Health & Wellness to lead the full category strategy across offline and e-commerce channels. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, supplier management, and inventory availability while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategy across offline and online channels.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and inventory availability.
- Plan assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in FMCG or Retail Category Management, preferably in Health & Wellness
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial planning skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Experience working with ERP/forecasting systems is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
