National Customs Manager – Freight Forwarding

As a member of the Freight Forwarding team, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimizing processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises.

The role focuses on developing a competitive, reliable, and innovative standalone customs product within the country, creating a compelling value proposition, acquiring new business, and managing full P&L ownership.

• Develop and implement a business development strategy to grow standalone customs revenues and win new business.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in collaboration with Sales teams and through own initiatives.
• Analyze the customs brokerage market and define strategies based on customer needs, industry trends, and target segments.
• Drive the development, positioning, and continuous improvement of the standalone customs product.
• Define and execute a clear go-to-market approach and value proposition.
• Enhance digital connectivity with customers, partners, and customs authorities through automation and integration solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a main point of contact across all lines of business.
• Contribute to national strategy, governance, and decision-making processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in customs brokerage, international trade, or logistics.
• Proven track record in business development and managing customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of customs regulations, compliance, and cross-border processes.
• Commercial mindset with experience in driving revenue growth and managing P&L.
• P&L ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a strong advantage; additional languages are a plus.
