Franchise Business Manager

Role Description

The Franchise Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for driving the growth and performance of the Novalac franchise business within the assigned territory. This role oversees franchise partner relationships, including onboarding, performance management, and support to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives. The Franchise Business Manager will develop and implement franchise business plans, track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for expansion and optimization.

Daily activities include monitoring P&L performance for franchise operations, coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also involves conducting regular market visits, training franchise partners and their teams, and preparing management reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

• Proven experience in franchise development and management, including Franchise Sales and Franchising skills.
• Strong Business Planning and Business Management capabilities, with a track record of executing growth strategies.
• Solid P&L Management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Background in FMCG, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners and internal teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English;
  Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah or Riyadh), travel within the region as needed, and operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
