Lead the development and execution of the commercial agenda for the Snacking & Convenience Business Unit, translating the BU strategy into actionable channel plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth, margin improvement, and in-market excellence.
The role drives trade investment effectiveness, channel development, and execution standards, while leading Trade Marketing and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure aligned and consistent delivery.
Key Accountabilities Commercial Planning & Performance- Translate BU strategy into annual and mid-term commercial plans across channels
- Deliver revenue, margin, and trade investment targets for the BU.
- Track performance vs targets and implement corrective actions.
- Lead commercial inputs into forecasting and S&OP processes.
- Develop and execute channel strategies across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, E-commerce, and Convenience.
- Drive distribution, assortment, and visibility expansion in priority customers.
- Identify growth opportunities and support key commercial negotiations.
- Trade Investment & ROI Management
- Plan and manage trade spend across channels and customers.
- Ensure all investments are linked to clear ROI and performance outcomes.
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness and optimize spend allocation.
- Ensure effective execution of commercial plans across all channels.
- Drive availability, visibility, and activation standards in line with BU priorities.
- Monitor execution KPIs and address gaps to ensure consistent delivery.
Analyze performance data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Generate actionable insights on pricing, promotions, and assortment.
Monitor competitor activities and define appropriate response actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields (Master degree is a plus)
- 8-12 years of experience in FMCG, with strong exposure to Trade Marketing, Channel Management, or Commercial Planning.
- Solid experience across key channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, E-commerce, Convenience).
- Good understanding of distribution, in-store execution, and customer dynamics.
- Experience in trade marketing campaigns, visibility materials, planograms, and budget management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).
