Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the end-of-the-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support offboarding process, including employee documentation and resignation procedures.
  • Maintain and updated employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, leaves, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support HR operations and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
  • Contributed to improving HR workflows by supporting ongoing projects and administrative initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge Microsoft office Program (Excel)
