• Serve as the principal advisor to executive leadership on Saudi governmental, regulatory, and industrial affairs.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and Saudi government authorities, ensuring effective communication and regulatory compliance.
• Manage all industrial licences, permits, registrations, and regulatory approvals required for the company's operations.
• Represent the company before key government entities, including MISA, MODON, MIM, MHRSD, ZATCA, SIDF, Civil Defense, municipalities, and other relevant authorities.
• Coordinate submissions, applications, and compliance activities through Saudi government digital platforms and portals.

• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise management on business impacts and required actions.
• Support manufacturing facility establishment, expansion projects, and operational readiness through effective government coordination.
• Drive compliance with Saudization, localization, and Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives while identifying available government incentives and support programs.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory, licensing, and compliance risks.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials, customers, suppliers, and strategic stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal departments and external authorities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Support cross-functional teams on regulatory matters affecting operational and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports, regulatory updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Provide practical guidance on government procedures, licensing requirements, and regulatory best practices.
• Ensure leadership remains informed of regulatory changes that may impact business operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working within Saudi Arabia, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience dealing directly with Saudi government authorities and managing industrial licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi legislation, government systems, investment regulations, and manufacturing requirements.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
